Business Process

Our 15,000 sqm factories is purposely built and equipped to facilitate the manufacturing process appropriately. This manufacturing step is implemented further to the designing and drawing work, which include a comprehensive re-evaluation to every detail of the product design. To ensure production quality, our production teams are supported by those well-trained and highly skilled personnel-who at the same time are among our most invaluable assets. Upon tight schedule of delivery, we accomplish the on site installation by working closely to our customer up to the required final results.

Ega Tekelindo Prima is an International Organization for Standardization (ISO) certified company. The company has achieved the ISO 9001:2008 certification which governs a set of standardised requirements for a quality management system.

The ISO standard is based on eight quality management principles that are derived from the collective experience and knowledge of the international experts who contributed and participated in the ISO Technical Committee, which was also responsible for developing and maintaining the ISO 9000 standards. These principles have been used as a framework to guide the company towards improved performance.

ISO 14001 : 2004 Certification
